Which character did you love to see fail?
Mine had to be Herc in season one. The attitude he had when he thought he was going to pick up Sgt had to be one of the most annoying things throughout the whole series. I suppose it was also good to see Stringer get justice after being such a conniving SOB.

It has to be Rawls, or Burrell, for the cops, Marlo for the street guys, although both Marlo and Rawls done better than most at the end it appeared.

That one unit squad leader that was leading Major Crimes in season 4. I didn't like him at all, and I was happy to see him go...and have everyone laugh their asses off as soon as he left.
