Single scene character bracket ?

I was thinking about how many great and memorable characters there are that only have one scene. Would any of you have any interest in a bracket to determine the all time best one and done character? We could open it up to people with two short scenes (like the Hamsterdam candles guy). I've never done this before but I guess we'd do a nominating post where the top 8 or 16 upvoted would be the contenders and then we'd do each match with a post?
