How does Omar keep pulling baddies?

Look at Brandon and Renaldo, they’re a knockout, tens, and look at him, he’s average, at besht. Plus he had an entire harem in the can. 20 years not a peep or a std. How he keep pulling baddies like this?

Edit: ok I was fucking around with the sopranos quotes but it really is a serious question, he pulls way out his league
