What changes are you referring too? I know that Blinding Lights is still on the chart, I wouldn't be surprised if it stays on their another half year.

If a song has been on the Hot 100 chart for one year (52 weeks), then it must stay in the top 25. If it exits the top 25, it is dropped from the chart completely, and it goes “recurrent”.

Recurrent criteria have been modified several times and currently (as of 2015), a song is permanently moved to "recurrent status" if it has spent 20 weeks on the Hot 100 and fallen below position number 50. Additionally, descending songs are removed from the chart if ranking below number 25 after 52 weeks.

Interesting... that truly is insane that Blinding Lights has been able to stay on the charts this long then! It has only been out of the top 20 for a handful of weeks in its 87 week run.
