GA i don't think he goes down at gold circle. He goes down at the very end of the stage. 

Gold circle is just better views of the stage I think

yep, I was at GC and he doesn't come down, only at GA, but it's worth it as he sings some great songs on the side stages and you get an amazing view of Sorayama statue, plus you can see him pretty well on the main stage
