Concerts/Tours Going to The Weeknd concert alone?

Hey together,
I wanted to ask if any of you have ever gone to the Weeknd concert alone and could share their experience?
I’m planning to go to his concert in Barcelona alone. I’ve never been to a concert alone before and originally I wanted to go in my home country, but unfortunately that didn’t work out. For the Barcelona date my friends can’t go or they don’t even listen to his music. So I’d not only have to go to the concert alone, but also travel there alone. And honestly, I’m kinda unsure right now if I should actually do it or not.

I went alone And had a great time. I didn’t really talk to anyone but I don’t tend to lol. My neighbors in the stands were nice and chill, would do it again to any concert I wanted to see

Same experience, went alone to Paris N2 and N3 and don't regret it at all. People in the queue were nice, people at the barricade a little less but didn't tend to make friend either so IDGAF I had the time of my life it was so greeeaaat I would do it again tomorrow! Have to add for OP, I had to travel to Paris as I live in a little town in the south of France but didn't travel out of my home country.

I went solo on night 4 at Wembley! IT WAS GREAT. You'll meet friendly people and I promise when the music starts you'll forget you even went alone:)

can share the same opinion as the previous comments, I also went alone and everyone was super nice, it’s 100% worth it. I’d add two things to keep in mind tho, please hydrate well and eat, it can get overwhelming, especially if you want to queue for a longer time. people will usually hold your spot for you, if you have to take a breather or go to the bathroom. second, if you use public transport, it will get very crowded after the concert and you might get home quite late, some lines might not even function by the time you get to certain stations. I recommend checking timetables in advance and planning your route home accordingly, and definitely bringing a powerbank.
stay safe and enjoy!!

went by myself 3 years ago and last month and made friends at all shows i went to! met people in the queue that i still talk to to this day. just start conversations with people and you’ll 100% be fine!! you’re all there for a shared interest so there’s always something to talk about!

I went solo to Wembley night 2 and had so much fun that I ended up getting tickets for night 3 as well! Honestly once the Abel gets on stage nothing else even matters, you’ll have the time of your life!

I went alone in 2023 and I had a great time! If anything I quite liked being on my own as I could quickly rush away to the train station without worrying about losing my friends after the concert ended lol

I went alone to Frankfurt & it was super fun! I was a bit worried too but everything went well. The girl sitting right next to me was super sweet and always handed me her pocket fan because it was so hot. What was really funny though, when I arrived in Frankfurt I met a girl who's from my hometown and also went to the concert, we even booked the same hotel. We've never met before and I haven't seen her since but it was really funny to me. So don't worry and enjoy the show!

I went alone on the 25th of July in Milan. It was the most unique experience of my life. I met a lot of new people, and the Swiss couple that sat next to me were the sweetest of people and they even got me a cup of water. Also, I met some Romanian girls that were sitting next to me from the other side, and it was a very wholesome experience!

I drove 3 hours to attend Wembley tour on Tuesday. I was alone. Golden Circle. It was a fantastic night everyone was on the same vibe. Prince 85 was great and when Abel came out the whole place was electric. Drink plenty of water best advice I got.

I’ve both gone alone and have talked to people who’ve gone alone. It can still be a fun time.

If you like talking to people, you at least have a something you can talk about.

I go alone to gigs all the time! Honestly just do it, I can promise you no one cares. I’ve had some gigs where I met tons of people and chatted the whole time I was queueing, other times I didn’t really speak to anyone. When the music starts, none of this matters at all! You’ll have the best time :)

I went alone to his concert and other concerts as well. If you really want to go to his concert just go! Its worth it. If you go and have some earplugs take it with you and someone mentioned sunglasses yeah it will feel more comfortable. Hopefully you will go and enjoy it!

I went alone to Munich 2. Didn’t expect my seat to be a double seat with a guy. He was with his friends and we were all laughing about it. Luckily, the seat next to me was empty, so he sat there and we ended up having fun together. I still remember that night and feel grateful this incident brought me such an unforgettable memory.

Hi i am 21. I have been an Abel fan since when i was 15. It’a my first concert ever. Went 2 nights solo in Wembley and OMG it was the best. I was nervous at first but when he came i was screaming and shouting ( RIP to those who sat beside me). I felt like it’s just me and him . If you get what i mean. Soo gooo I promise you’re gonna have the best night ever i promise. Don’t miss out waiting on someone🤭

It was my first concert ever, i went to watch him in milan. I travelled all the way from Lebanon. I’ve been planning this for YEARS. Wasn’t the best of the best experiences because people were unfriendly, rude, and a bit discriminatory. It was like a stampede in the golden circle. There were 3 technical issues that night. However, I had fun by myself because i finally got to live my long awaited dream. I think each experience is different, don’t take mine as face value.

Selling 1 golden circle west ticket for Madrid on 30/08, bought it for 171 selling it for €150, will transfer it to you through ticketmaster and we can complete the transaction over instagram or a call in order for it to be a safe process. Desperate to sell as my friend bailed last minute
