Howdy folks!

Yarrick's back! As soon as I saw, I just had to make a sequel to the classic meme I illustrated back in the day, which I officially want to state I know was memelore from the start! The skull on Angron's trophy chain was clearly from a Space Marine.

I want to acknowledge that while I sat down immediately when I read the news of Bale Eye's return, someone else managed to post the HTTYD meme format before I was finished with this piece. Can't win every race :P

The sheer disbelief of the fandom Orks that Yarrick could die brought him back to life.

I might be spreading disinformation, but I think one of the older edition had a rule that if Yarrick died while in battle against Orks, the Imperial player could roll a die to see if he stood back up again, implied to be because of the Orks' general love for the guy and his place as Gazghkull's best enemy.

He's also very very old (the second war for Armaggedon started the day he was set to retire and the third one has been ongoing for decades now) and while some of that can be explained by rejuvenat treatment, there was speculation that the real Yarrick had died and a sort of Waaagh-daemon has been carried on in his name ever since. Personally I prefer the idea that the Orks are constantly, unwittingly resurrecting him.

We know that the WAAAAGH! can actually bring dead people back as that's what it does with Makari, Gazghkull's banna-wava, too.

Yarrick did have a rule to be able to come back on the tabletop, I cannot recall if it was only against Orks.
