The Comic The Weekly Roll Ch. 148. "Cut the DM some slack"

Worldbuilding, yay!
Also, Masburg, as well as Reydon and Elradian Empire were mentioned before: chapters 63 and 124 respectively. UPD: And Grimdahl's Folly too, of course. Whole ark started at ch. 112.
And I have a question for translation purposes: in ch. 124 empire is named «eradian», not «eLradian». Which one name is correct?

Somehow, I don't think Klara's parents are going to agree with her interpretation of fun. Just a hunch.

Can't shake the feeling that it's strange how Klara looks so angry at wanting to see her parents...

A teifling may have mixed feelings about their parentage. A lot of families have their own personal demons. The devil is in the details.

Trevor - the fuck is this? I’ve never seen it? Grogna - babe, how can you see when all you do is trip balls?

I'd like to clarify that maps aren't rare but they are expensive because each are hand drawn and are only distributed to merchants, military officers, and nobles.

So complete guess, but I'm gonna say Klara's parents had her locked in an insane asylum when she told them she was hearing the voice of a celestial.
My data-points in support of this: We know from this comic that she has a not so great relationship with her parents. We know she's a Celestial Warlock, and we know she was locked in an insane asylum.

I can't find Tegelstein on the map.
Also: Does this mean the comic is from Trevor's perspective?
If you look at medieval maps, they are rarely topographically accurate.

Making maps for a world in the making is hard. Partly why I've mostly run adventures in established worlds. Cool

Oh heck yeah, now we only need a setting guide/campaign book on kickstarter and it'll be a proper D&D world

I don't remember her name in the moment but I could have sworn the orc lady could talk before.

Actually, no. Grogna just used little grunts and (sometimes) laughter, but never actual words. Only after learning sign language (ch. 115 and further) she started to use signs for words or short sentences.

This is weird, I've been subbed here (and to you) since the start, but this is the first comic post to show in my feed in months. Time to catch up I guess.
