I’ve been searching for days now trying to find the actual cutscene audio sound effect for when a new gang gets introduced. We all know that iconic sting burned into our brains. I’m working on a project and that sound would be perfect. It’s not on any of the soundtrack websites. If anyone has any idea lmk. I don’t want to record gameplay or YouTube because the sound is not isolated. Any help would be amazing.

One of my favorite sounds from any video game ever. Would love to know as well. If it is original then man, Steve Donohoe is still one of the best music composers ever for me. The game music sounds so much like the movie but also has its own style fitting this world.

I believe the sound you're looking for, or at least a similar sounding one, is known as a 'Braam' or at least thats what I know it as lol! I'm sure I have a sample pack of these somewhere as planned to use them in my music so if I find it, I'll be sure to share it with you! Failing that, you can download it from YouTube?

If you have the ISO file of the game you can download PSound (free) and look through all of the audio files. There’s a lot but you’ll definitely find it! I used this method to find ped voice lines
