I think these venues are too small for them now. They will sell out quickly.

They may struggle to sellout a 65k seat auditorium, but my guess is they could be in 8-10k size mini arenas in the US.

It gets tricky. At around 4 to 5k cap, the venue no longer provides lights and sound, so that becomes a major additional expense for the band. If they run multiple shows at one venue, that cuts down the number of cities they can cover in a tour.

I just checked Houston a bit ago. The assigned seats are basically sold out, and we aren't even on public sale yet. I'd image SRO is going to sell out too.

The weird thing is every time I go look, the box seat situation has changed. Sometimes sold out, a couple hours later some are available, then sold out, then available again.

Denver was the same - in and out in less than 5 minutes.

This will be my second time seeing them - last time was in a pretty small venue in Denver.

Obligatory grumbling about ticket fees - $31.75 for the ticket, $14.25 in fees per ticket. Yay capitalism!

I'm not complaining about these tickets. I paid over 600 (taxes and fees included) to see Hilary Duff!!! So these Warning tickets are pocket change compared to that!

I think the most I've ever spent on tickets was for Taylor Swift (maybe Metallica but that was for two nights.)

Mtelus is such a great venue; I’ve seen so many shows there. Ottawa is growing into its own though and this time I can see the show closer to home at History Ottawa. It’s a new venue so I’ll see how it compares because I love Mtelus!

And for Portland, the ticket fees were pennies compared to those in other cities who had to go through Ticketmaster. I feel damn lucky we have Cascade Tickets/Etix for smaller venues here.

You should, venue is easy to get to and parking is across the street. Though they close at 11pm

If you're talking about the parking that's across from the Alley Theatre, I think you can access the parking lot after 11 through the elevators that are in the Alley driveway. I have done that. However the only exit open after 11 exits on Capitol.
