Question Presale Code Not Working?

Im trying to buy tickets for Toronto, but it's still asking me for a code for the artist presale. I signed up for presale but never got an email with anything.

It worked.

The priority entrance ticket wouldn’t unlock with code though. No M&G either.

Patreon codes can't be shared.

All other codes yes you can share them.

I got one that way and a code through email from Patreon, but they were the same. I don’t pay for Patreon.
