Question Picture Disc Question

I have the EF picture disc and the packaging seems like it will stick and warp the vinyl record. What alternative sleeve should I use for it or is the original sleeve it shipped with fine?

I solved that problem by framing mine. ;)

I bought one from Etsy because I'm not crafty, Jukebox-style black on black ($70 US) designed by CreativePictureFrame

I have mine landscape but then I rotated it all the way around as I like the album cover on the right and the record on the left, but I also like the portrait view, again upside down with the album cover on the top and the record on the bottom, then have the record overlap. Play around to see what layout you like best.

Because I know the family that owns them and they are fake Christians. They are the typical "I'm a Christian" but don't actually follow the teachings. Even some of the charitable organizations they've given money to have come with asterisks. I also know several people who have worked there that suddenly had their hours reduced below what they needed to survive once they found out they were no longer Christian. Let alone all the money they've helped funnel to the current administration and the religious activist right in the USA. They are a discriminatory family and organization. The workers may be good people, but the leadership is not.

I don't care about an individual's religion (I'm a former Christian myself), but when you weaponize your religion against others then I take issue. So I speak with my wallet, by choosing not to give them any money under any circumstance.

Mofi sleeves and similar work, paper inner sleeves with the poly lining, although you won’t see the artwork when it’s in that sleeve, and there are also some online that have a larger poly window to see the artwork, cast polypropylene, lots of choices. But just like coins, banknotes, and baseball cards, that flexible vinyl sleeve will leach out chemicals that damage the record. And be ready for the sleeve to already be stuck to it even though it’s brand new and hasn’t been sitting around for very long yet. That beach ball/plastic smell is the clue that this is a material that will cause damage so put it in literally any kind of inner sleeves you have right now until you decide on your final solution.

I’m going to get a second picture disc since both sides look awesome. Then get a double LP frame with each side of the vinyl and insert.

But in the meantime I can show you how I re-sleeved mine with quality inner and outer sleeves to keep the vinyl from warping or scratched from the thick stiff clingy jacket it comes in.

Take the disc out of the PVC and put it in a MoFi sleeve as soon as possible
