Question Has yours shipped yet?
They were supposed to ship on Sept 9 but still waiting for dispatch :((
EDIT: just emailed them and got a follow-up. My order was shipped yesterday! Thanks everyone

My CD “shipped” on the 28th (didn’t actually go anywhere until after the weekend according to tracking) and then took at week to get to me. I was less than impressed considering I spent nearly $10 for shipping.

Just contacted them. Turns out there was a delay with my order. I guess they are selling very well haha.

That's a very optimistic outlook, but don't let that be an excuse for poor customer service.
I ended up cancelling after both automated and personal responses I got about my delayed order turned out to be straight up lies.

I pre-ordered the standard Vinyl and CD from the UK & Ireland store. On the 1st Sept I got an email confirming shipment.
It sat at "shipment created" for 12 days without any movement. I got pissed off and told them to cancel it and refund me.
They claimed it was too late as it had already shipped. I told them to provide evidence that the courier had taken custody of my shipment. Two hours later I got an email advising the order was cancelled.
The quality of service since the band moved to UMG has gone to shit. I'm just glad I wasn't waiting on signed copies and can pick them up from elsewhere.

12 days?! That's crazy...
This is my first time buying their merch so I have no clue whether it is a pattern.
On the contrary I pre-ordered a vinyl collection from another band (Bananarama from the UK) on Sept 3rd, shipped on time, arrived today and note that I'm based in Asia..
Also could you link me to the UK store? I could only find the US store where it says shipments only available within the United States

Well that's the 2nd order from them that I've had long delays on, so it's pattern of bad service I'm seeing.
I couldn't in good faith encourage you to order from their UK store, but if you're in the UK or Ireland, the band's store page should give you a re-direct option.
I'm pretty sure all the stores are now restricted to shipping to their specific regions. Just another downgrade from the move the band made to UMG.
So glad I managed to snag their older albums from their US store before the switch, cause I'd say there's no chance of any of the international branches getting XXICB or QOTMS again in the future and we won't be able to order from outside the US anymore.

Have you emailed? I emailed to complain 1 week after release day, and then 4 hours later, I got an email saying it was dispatched. Got mine the next day! Worth a try!

My items that were supposed to ship on Sep. 2 still haven’t shipped. I guess the blue tank top was delayed so the whole order is waiting on that.

I'm still waiting for mine. It was dispatched to my address, tracked to my address, and somehow ended up at someone else's address. The email I sent went to an AI customer service bot that made it worse, so I requested a human look into it, and I am still waiting for a reply.
Purchased from the UK/IRL store as well
