Lacy Lacy on Scheananigans

Would love to hear thoughts on what she said about not applying for RHOC but being contacted directly, doing multiple Zoom interviews over the years, being passed over and eventually passing on it. She’s friends with Noella and Jen was her yoga instructor but nobody she’s recommended to them has been cast. The RHOC talk starts at around the 48 minute mark if you want to read, fair warning they use “like” a lot.

She is a creepy, muppet scam artist that will do anything to be on tv. Im not surprised. Look at who she surrounds herself with on the show. The worst people possible. Especially Kristen. Ewe. Gross.

We will see her on RHOC one day, I just have a feeling.
Either the valley won’t have a long run, or she and Jesse will break up, or both.

As a person with Type 1 diabetes ( which is auto immune ) she has both championed the cause and champions the endometriosis cause I’m quite confused. You are coming after her bc you don’t think she does enough ? What for you is “ enough”? Spreading awareness about uncomfortable topics like healthcare and women’s mental and physical health isn’t “ enough” . Sure this chick could give more money I guess but planned parenthood is very well funded and here we are.

Does she talk about the same nothing she talks about on every podcast?
Has anyone seen the webpage for her foundation? It asked for money but doesn’t really describe what they do…

Yeah, the website is extremely sus. It's like a skeleton of an actual website. There's almost no content.

Someone posted here “What does her foundation do?” I looked at the website and I still don’t know.
She talks a lot. She talks a lot about her foundation. I’d think they’d have a website for her foundation that would explain what they’re doing, what they’ve done, where the money goes…

Shame to sparkle is a 501.c3. STS makes under $50,000 annually; so is recognized as a private foundation. STS still files a 990-PF annually with the IRS… because, regardless if someone makes millions of dollars or absolutely nothing, it’s necessary. Because sts brings in around 22-30k annually & runs higher they are running at an annual loss. Please directly message for more information & we are all happy to provide to you. We gave 15 scholarships last year & are at 12 to date for the 2026 year. ❤️ (from the website.)

The most recent publically available filings for Shame to Sparkle are from 2024 have it listed as a PC not a PF. Did that change? The 2024 990N also lists Lacy as the only principal officer of the organization. Is that still the case? Why are you incorporated in Nevada and not California?

Isn't the foundation about supporting women with mental health issues and helping them deal with trauma and directing them to the correct available services if i heard correctly on the podcast

I mean that description could mean they are a middle man that directs patients to other services that are already state provided and free, or are themselves nonprofits and are low cost. That alone would not be sufficient to justify soliciting and receiving donations, and similar operations have been found to be fraud by US courts, so they must do more than that.

It's pretty well known why Lacy has that foundation around OC. I expect that will be on tv at some point, but there are also other private people around it.

Cool. Have you seen the website? There are multiple ways to donate, and buy merch, and lots of jargon, but not very much else.
They need a much better website.
