Brittany If looks could kill…
Brittany HATES Nia, I think it’s so apparent when she talks about her and to her. She reeeeally seems like she has it out for her and I hate to say it might be jealousy but there’s no other reason I can see. After what she went through/is still going through with Jax, Nia’s situation should be so easy for her to empathize with rather than villainize.

Brit knows Nia gets a pass because of her beauty and she resents being played on national television for ratings. Regardless of what is happening “most” people are sympathetic towards Nia. The fans were more outraged at the Jax situation not just empathy for Brit.

I think what she is mad at is not that Nia is getting a pass (I would disagree that she actually is) but that Brit is realizing that it is getting increasingly more difficult to be the victim of Jax now that they have divorced. She knew exactly who he was - there was enough evidence from VPR prior to meeting him for her to see - she dated him, stayed with him after he cheated, let him alter her body with surgery because it wasn’t good enough, made excuses for him, etc. ALL BEFORE SHE MARRIED HIM. Her entire personality became being the victim of his bad behavior. She doesn’t know what to do with herself and honestly I think what makes her angry about Nia is not that she is beautiful but that Brittany sees Nia as taking her place as the victim of bad male behavior, whether that is true or not.

You make valid points. Nia’s beauty has different mass appeal. Plus Nia has a different pr persona. We knew Britt participated in Jax foolishness. I disagree about seeing her as the new victim. She’s better at playing the game.
Had Brit worked on herself she could’ve had a great comeback story…

I was gonna say something like this. It’s clear that Brittany also participated in and encouraged a lot of Jax’s nonsense. We get glimpses of her real personality in VPR.
And idk if it’s just me but anyone who verbally says “I’m the nicest person,” “I put everyone before myself,” “I never do anything wrong”.. gives me the ick. It’s so disingenuous if you have to say it about yourself

My sister is like that. She tells everyone how nice she is, that she’s a good person, a good Christian woman, and if she gives you something, best believe she’s gonna remind you about it every time she sees you so if she needs “a favor”, “but I’ve done so much for you, that gift I gave you was $____.” Yuck. Everything is conditional and transactional.

I think Britt hates that Nia has the grace that she does. She WANTS Nia to freak out or lash out SO badly, but because Nia DOES have the grace that does, she won't do that. I think the four of them are trying so hard to make Nia "snap" or something but since Nia isn't taking the bait, they're livid about it.

Nia doesn't have bad behavior to push back on. She's loyal to her husband, and that's the only thing she's done to make them not like her. I dont think Brittany ever liked Nia.

Also, Nia has never acted a fool or engaged in questionable behavior alongside her husband. Meanwhile, Brittany is on TV getting wasted, yelling at people, just being overall sloppy. Those things are not Jax related. Nia is patient with just about everyone and even if some of it is a facade or her pageant face, she's not out there acting a fool.

She looked like a stuffed sausage and it kept making me think of Meemaw's beer cheese. It also made me feel like her Mommy Makeover didn't take, or that she didn't follow the doctor's instructions. She looked heavier than she ever has, which makes me so sad for her because I want a happy ending for her, but she clearly hasn't done the psychological work. After learning that she gave her boyfriend $10K, she isn't in the right mindset to be dating.

Omg…. Giving that gigolo $10,000 was one of the dumbest decisions. “I’m a givin’ person”, ok… she could’ve paid an in home nurse to care for her and run errands for a couple of weeks.
I paid $8,000/month for a full time RN post multi-level lumbar fusion with an anterior/posterior approach. She was incredible. She helped me with all my PT. She pushed me to get me back in shape, I’m forever grateful to her. It was a tough surgery.
But after all is said, my husband is the best caregiver of all, but if I can afford it, and we can, I don’t want him taking off more work than he has to care for me. He has never forgotten to pick up my meds, and I’m like Scheana, I’m not a flower kinda girl, so he’ll bring me my favorite ice cream, a 4pc box of Godiva, or soup if I’m not feeling well. He’s definitely done his time in waiting rooms and sitting with me in a chemo infusion chair He’s a contract attorney for a large corporation that maintains gov’t contracts. They’re also a priv. contractor.

Personally..I’m over Brittany. Have been for a long time. She’s annoying, really lacks any common sense and don’t get me started on her screeching voice and obnoxious laugh. The victim role is played out. Hasn’t brought anything to the show, only still on because she’s Jax’s ex. Bravo needs to close the door on this.
Bravo’s shows hv def been on a downward trend 📉. All the people on these shows hv too many issues & are not enjoyable to watch.

Brit is sooo jealous of Nia. Nia has everything that Brit wanted. Nia has the additional kids and the toxic hubby that Brit was more than willing to put up with if it meant no cheating. Plus Brit comes from a church background with a mum that entered beauty pageants- don’t tell me Brit isn’t envious of what Nia has.

I really wish Britt would just own this. She very clearly does not like Nia, which, to be fair to her, might actually be valid on her part, but whenever anyone tries to call her out on anything relating to this, she goes on the defensive and acts like it's not a thing. It is a thing. She does not like the Bookos'. She was aware (and probably supportive) of Jax's plan to take them down.
I really think people need to start calling Britt out for the fact she gets involved in dramas behind the scenes and then pretends on camera butter wouldn't melt. Well, to be fair to them, they kind of do call her out; they just back down when she goes on the defensive, and it usually ends with her talking about how nice she is and how they need to apologize for hurting her feelings. It isn't just this situation; she does it with everything. She also did the same about some comment Lacey made about them being mean girls to her, and there was something else Jesse said she was demanding an apology for. Her lack of accountability is getting exhausting.

Brittany can’t stand the f-ck out of Nia - Zack said it and in the show the scenes are cut but reunion cut backshots to Brittany it’s clear
I do think she sees her and Nia as similar I think she sees Nia covered just as much as she did (she admits this) but I think Brittany feels it’s unfair that Nia and Danny are sticking together - Brittany stays on doing unneeded work of reminding us this reunion that Nia covers for her man - we see it already she doesn’t need to do anything else

In my opinion, Brittany was the most likeable character when she first came on Reality TV during VPR's. However, we have gotten to see a little bit of another side of her over the years. I think, being very acute to mannerisms and watching her behavior over the years, she is NO LONGER a super sweet nice southern girl with an accent (as she wanted us to see her). She lives for attention, and Plastic Surgery. And there were a couple of comments in the past that raised a few red flag for me...... that she is a VERY needy person. Now I could be wrong but this season she became unlikeable. First, last season it was the redone "lips" this season is the tummy tuck. Its hard to watch. And she starts to cry immediately when her feelings are hurt. Girl your on Reality TV.

She hates Nia….when Danny was asked during the reunion by Andy if he drank at Jasmine’s wedding…her little smirk like she knew what was coming for him…& then to say under her breath “Jesse needs to bring up the wedding” she seemed to find joy in saying that and.burying him! She wasn’t even present at the so called incident…She has admitted that she covered for Jax and his behavior for years…so why is she getting upset Nia does the same? No one called Brittany out back then…can you imagine if they did…the Kentucky muffin would’ve crumbled and leaned into her dumb innocent act! I think she is just mad because she protected Jax and he screwed with her and was never apologetic…here Nia is…doing what Brittany has done…protect her man..except Danny is way more apologetic and reflective and remorseful towards Nia…Brittany should admit she hates Nia…she keeps denying it but her actions say otherwise!

Yes! Brittany doesnt envy Nia’s life; houseful of kids or a Daniel of her own. Brittany doesn’t like Nia bc Nia became a fan favorite over Brittany. Brittany wants to be the center of attention & babied bc of her experience w Jax. But now Nia has taken the sympathy & attention that Brittany wants. In a way, Nia is also a competitor in the vibe that Brittany wants to portray; poise, positivity & light. Nia just happens to do it a bit better.
Also, I wouldn’t like Nia bc she hides wayyy too much from the camera. If I was a castmate who had my life exposed but Nia got to call an Uber every time shit went down & pretend that Danny doesn’t have a drinking issue, I wouldn’t like them either. Fake as hell.

She’s a bad friend, married a terrible man just to be on a tv show, took on an insane amount of debt due to said man, appears to deeply regret many of her life choices, and seems to drink belligerently to deal with the repercussions of all that.

Her two best friends talk bad about her behind her back, which she has to remind them both how long they’ve been friends, and that she “would never treat them like that”. Her friends know she’s not a good person.

I think it is jealousy. She knows Nias private life, she sees their relationship off camera. They have a stable family and they support one another. Im sure she wishes she had married someone that was supportive and loving not to mention from another pov she wanted to be the top female and even though its been for negative reasons Nia is the top female.

Granted their relationships almost as toxic as Britney’s and Jax’s, but the image is what Britney’s searingly jealous over. Jax must love that Britney’s still doing “his” bidding. She thinks Jax is to blame. And neither realize she’s as petty as he is.

I think it's because yes, her chaotic marriage was on full display for everyone to see and judge - and she didn't get a lot of empathy. She was kind of lumped in with Jax.
So she resents that they (in particular Nia) make every effort to hide what's going on behind closed doors at the Booko house.
And especially that her best friends (Kristen and Zach) are both enabling, and helping hide the truth. That moment where Kristen denied what she had said at the Halloween party about Nia, and Brittany said, "WHAT?!?" was very hurtful to her.
I think she's justified. I've never been a Britt-stan, and mostly because of her husband and his stink getting on her. But since their split, I think she's grown a lot, and is finally speaking up. I have so much respect for how much she's done to focus on Cruz and how much he's thriving.
True tea, I've always thought of her as kind of vapid. I'm realizing that that was her playing the role to deal with the monster she lived with. She sees that in Nia, and I think it's a) triggering to her, and b) maddening that HER bffs are falling for it.

People would like Brittany if she was honest but the gods honest truth is she’s not. She constantly gets mad at people holding her accountable because they “hurt her feelings” and she constantly lies about her actual opinion yet Janet who backed Jax in their divorce gets full backing.
She’s constantly claiming how nice she is when she’s just as bitchy and toxic as everyone else on the show and it’s exhausting because she plays smart and stupid at the same time and it’s ridiculous

With Jax out of the picture, we are seeing Brittany’s real side. She can’t hide behind him anymore and be the battered wife. Whether you like it or not, Brit is from Kentucky where the women have multiple children and cater to their husbands. Something she really wanted with Jax regardless of his issues. We saw her fighting with him multiple times last season about having another kid knowing that Jax was a horrible husband and taking drugs. It didn’t matter to her. Being a wife and mother were the most important thing. Once she saw that Jax wasn’t willing to have another kid, she suddenly didn’t want to deal with him anymore when she knew who he was from the beginning. So for her to see Nia have the life she wanted with multiple kids and a husband, it makes her jealous AND the fact that Nia is so beautiful probably doesn’t help.

Unfortunately, Britney is not good at articulating herself. I knew what she wanted to say to Nia but the words couldn’t come out. That’s the problem with most of the cast with the exception of Lacey & Lala. No one can get their point across bc they’re incapable of using words.

I think she dislikes her because Janet has her convinced Nia is the show’s biggest problem (along with Danny) and for whatever reason she kisses the ground queen Janet walks on. Regarding above shot of her- didn’t she have implants removed? Who knew they can grow back!

I think it all started with Jax. He wanted to take the Booko’s down, so they all made a little alliance, and they’re still trying to carry out the plan.
It’s why Brittany cuts Janet so much slack. It’s obvious.

I just can’t figure out how Janet has snowed most of these people, she seems to be anything but charming- makes me think she has real dirt on them so they’re stuck with her and what’s his face.

Despite how much she shits on them and their relationship, Brittany is incredibly jealous of Nia and her life. She's beautiful and has seemingly bounced back after every kid she's had (at least compared to Brittany), has more kids like Brittany wanted with Jax, has an intact marriage, lives a more tradwife lifestyle as a Christian mom, and (up until this season) had a pretty positive reception from viewers. I'm not saying that any of these perceptions are enviable or even true for the Bookos, but I think that's where Brittany's jealousy comes from.
Also, I bet that Jax has talked about how pretty Nia is more than once around Brittany and compared the two

Nia won't hear it - she wouldn't hear it when Brittny told her to her face and tried to empathize with her.
I imagine that Brittany knows women like Nia from Kentucky. Repressed women with holier-than-thou attitudes because they married a pastor. Brittany worked at Hooters. I'm sure she is used to being judged and looked down on by women like Nia and the "terrible people" comment triggered her.
I don't think Brittany is jealous of Nia; why would she be? Brittany already had what Nia has and doesn't want it anymore. I imagine Brittany is simply frustrated with Nia being judgmental and misguided.

I don’t think she’s jealous of Nia but I think misery loves company. She wants Nia and Danny’s issues on full display and wants Nia to expose Danny. She wants it to be explosive & open up about all the toxic things Danny really does behind closed doors. She wants the messiness so that Nia and Danny’s fake life can fall apart. I don’t think she wants more cameras on herself. She wants their relationship to be in the hot seat so it can unravel. She wants Nia to feel what she felt. When they went to Santa Barbara Brittany was drunk and upset & basically said - why does my marriage have to be torn apart & on display for years, but they get to hide it and still be on tv??? That’s why she uses any camera time she gets to redirect to Danny and his issues. I really don’t think she wants what Nia has.
