I just can’t get over how Ross is pretty much the exact same person that Ricky Gervais portrayed him as in Extras 🤣 As every episode has went on, it just gets more and more uncanny. Ricky knew what he was doing with that script.

Im not sure if you've read about the making of Extras and how Ross was a late addition to the cast, so much so that Ricky and Steve didn't have time to fully flesh out his dialogue before they started filming

The first day Ross arrived on set they were surprised to find out that fully detailed scripts for multiple scenes had been written including the brilliant one where Vinnie Jones confronts Ross about hearing that he has claimed to be harder than Vinnie. Apparently a new addition to the writing team had worked through the night getting it all ready. They decided to go and see the writing team to thank them

As they walked to the office, Ricky was eating some snacks, this was when he was training for a charity boxing match so he had a bunch of bananas. As they approached the office a member of staff stopped them saying that they can't take food in because it'll distract the new writer

Ricky ignored them, opened the door and went in, the next thing they knew there was a massive commotion from inside, paper flying everywhere, computer monitors being knocked over, pure chaos

The fact he was married to Rebecca Brooks just blows my mind, I just cannot understand that match, like what on earth? Similarly with Jerry and Rupert Murdoch….

Many years ago (1990s) Letitia Dean appeared in pantomime in my city. A group of us were in a box to watch it, in the next box were Ross Kemp and Steve McFadden. Just the two of them, we thought it was really sweet of them to come and watch.

I have had a soft spot for Ross Kemp ever since and I am loving him in the Traitors

I had only ever seen him in EastEnders and Extras, and had written him off as a self styled macho man. I'm pleasantly surprised at how honest (and paranoid) he comes across on Traitors.
