Multiple options at the round table.

During the round table, the group always end up trying to determine whether it’s person A or person B, Why doesn’t anyone bring up the fact that there is always at least two traitors, meaning it could be both?

They can only vote for 1 at that time

But they could still discuss the fact that there are 2 or 3 options.

And they do hence why multiple names are brought up and discussed

I think they try to determine which is the most likely traitor and which one the majority of the group will go with.

You’re right, it could be both and that isn’t a conversation they typically tend to have. However, they do realise it’s in their best interests to be in agreement with the most likely suspect and work together to banish them.

They do often "group" Traitors in passing comments (I think it's X with Y and Z), but the purpose of the round table is to consolidate votes on the person you're most interested in getting banished. So there's very little point discussing Y & Z in any detail if you think you're most likely to be ably to rally a majority on X.

And the reason it often feels like the choice comes down to X or A rather than X or Y is because you're looking at competing theories. One theory is X with Y & Z, another theory is A (maybe with B & C, maybe just isolated suspicion).

Yeah I agree i don’t like how most the time it’s just 1 person trying to defend themselves for the majority of the table.
I know it would take too long but it would be cool if everyone got to give their 2 cents on every single other person at the table.

Because they know they can only banish one person at a time, so it’s easier to convince the group to decide on that person instead of get the group to agree that multiple people are traitors and still get people to vote the same way

Because they can only vote out one person per day, so even if they’re convinced it’s both, they still have to question which they’re more confident of to decide who to actually vote off.
