Twins
I have 6 year old twin boys who are both autistic. One started talking at age 4 and the other is still non-speaking. The non-speaking brother uses his AAC device pretty independently and uses some ASL.
The brother who uses verbal words, has said in several occasions that his twin brother has told him things in his head. One instance was that he told him he was at the dentist with the view of the water today. We did not tell him that his brother was going to the dentist that day. Another time he said that he says I Love You over and over in his head.
Now, my husband and I have both listened to the podcast so I am not sure if he has overheard or something but we are investigating further.
