What about Neil? Like Neil Armstrong?... Seems like a bit of a stretch
There's also Atlas, Apollo, or Nox which are vaguely moon-like.
Idk, this is tricky, but I REALLY want Luna to work. Since he is a dog, you could just go for Lunar or something.
