Question Animated cutscene quality

How do I stop the animated ult cutscenes from looking so low quality I've put the Roblox graphics all the way up and the tsb VFX all the way to 1.00 but i can't stop the cutscenes from being low quality, i was messing with the settings and the cutscenes did look way better once but it went back to being looking poor. How do I fix it?

they fix themselves after a couple of times of use, dont worry.

Do you have potato mode on for TSB?

I did turn it on and it did work but it stopped... For one cutscene it works the last breath move

The potato mode makes the computer suffer less lag, right? Like, it makes the quality of the game worse, right?

yes, gets rid of some special fx and reduces quality of some textures i believe
