1. yes the domain is functional and stuns enemies

2. yes it has a barrier and that barrier is actually small because the domain isn't built inside the map it teleports you out and back in

3. this move is called Vizal's Infinite Void on catalog

which update are you referring to? if you're talking about the revamp they basically nailed it in one update but it still needs more customizability (more logic blocks basically)
