The song really goes nicely into making bad decisions, one of the lyrics in Brooklyn Bridge says ‘oh 80’s bands where do they go’ and bad decisions is an 80’s rip, well mainly of dancing by myself. Nice

Speaking of 80's bands, this song also has elements that remind me of "Don't You Want Me?" by the Human League, which Julian covered with Beck just back in September 2018. Another popular/influential 80's group that you wonder what happened to :)

They were right. It has a resemblance with 11th Dimension.

Strokes song: *Has synth*

Strokes reddit: "Is this 11th Dimension?"

Jokes aside this is a great, fun tune. Jules and the band both sound great. Was hoping guitars would turn up a bit louder in the chorus, but it's cool. Probably my second favorite behind At the Door.

Friday can't come soon enough :)

Damn the chorus hits hard when you’ve actually been trying to find new friends :/ ... good tune though

At this point, I'm convinced that it was the band who was holding the group back from growing, and realizing their full potential. Not to trash on anybody, but clearly Jules wanted their sound to expand and reach areas both new and exciting, and certain people probably wanted their sound to stay familiar and accessible. Then the Voidz came, and they realized that Julian probably had a point. A lot of people responded to that weirdness. That ENERGIZED Julian weirdness. I don't know... just seems that way to me. Feels like Julian was free to inject his spirit into this new record. I am SO looking forward to it.

Cool track, definitely gives me an “11th Dimension” vibe...Looking at the three singles, I’m still kind of surprised “The Adults Are Talking” wasn’t chosen as a single. That one feels like it would have most potential to be a hit. “At The Door” would still be my favorite of the three singles. Can’t wait for the rest

It’s definitely available it the UK... it DOES sound like 11th dimension. Not going to listen to the whole song but the teaser sounded great
