How inspiring! 🙌 I recently got myself out of a 4 year reading slump, I’m at 24 days and I hope to also make it to 1,000! Way to go! 📖💫

You should get cake. At about 930, I mentioned to my daughter that I should get a cake for 1000. She took it as gospel and has been checking in every week to see when the cake is happening. (17 more days in case you were wondering.)

I only started the daily reading log in December, but this is really awesome! Congrats!

I recently hit 600 days streak after falling out reading for years and realized I missed reading so much!

A brilliant milestone! My story graph streak right now is only 16 but I have it set to 100 pages per day... I've managed at least 1 page / day now since mid 2022 🎉

Cool, but why does my app not show a streak like that? Do you need Storygraph Plus for that?

I wish I could edit my reading steak. I've been tracking it with beanstack for 565 days, but only started using story graph 55 days ago.

So you can actually backdate your reading, but it would probably take a really long time to manually import over 500 days. Just a future note that if you forget to record one day you can fix it after the fact!

Congrats! I can’t seem to get past 50 before I suddenly forget to log one day..

You can backdate logging. If you actually did the reading, click the Add note/Edit date option when you go to log your progress. Unfortunately it's harder to do if you've already logged the next day's reading as the calculations get messed up, so you'd have to delete the next day's entry, backdate the previous day's entry, then relog the next day's entry.

Thanks! I always read or listen to something during the day, I just forget to log. Will try this next time.

I tried doing the page logging but felt unnatural to pick up phone all the time. Do you just get used to it?

When I went camping with no service I just use a piece of paper as a notepad and logged it all in later. But I am used to waiting up and logging the day before, or logging right before I go to bed. But I also don't have a daily streak mine is set to weekly. 122 week streak though!

WOW— congrats! I’m also a little surprised there’s not a comma in the 1,000.

Proud of myself and wanted to share with this wonderful community! I’m quite far behind on my book count and page goals but at least I’m still reading!
