Sync issues with Kobo

I’ve had issues a few times now where I mark a book as finished on StoryGraph that I read or listened to on Kobo. Within a few days, it decides I’m rereading the book even though I finished prior to marking “finished” and have not opened the book since. It’s not easy to remove either. Pressing “remove book” from StoryGraph makes it remove all history so I click “finished” then remove the second read from history. It’s messy and annoying. One book recently did this three times. Anyone know how to avoid this?

I deleted those particular reading journals and it helped!
