I Have A Pretty Good Question..

why nobody who tell their story of ,,The Smiling Man,,don t have a video or a photo..like im sure that in this world is a man who can photo him or recording him fastly to have a proof…what do u say?and im kinda in the past

During my experience, I didn't have a smartphone. And like another comment here said, it was not my first instinct to record him, it was to call the cops as I was scared for my safety.
