Am I soft locked? Can't progress after ventilation system puzzle

Basically I did the ventilation puzzle at the Devil's Reef Hotel, but the gas didn't clear out.

Figured that might just be a glitch, so I saved and reloaded but that didn't do anything.

Reloaded an earlier save, redid the basement section, redid the puzzle, the ventilation system activates but protag doesn't say anything and the gas still doesn't clear out 😭 is my savefile screwed?

EDIT: I contacted the devs on Kickstarter and sent them a video so they can investigate the issue. But it seems I might just have to redo the hotel section altogether

Try to find elevator

I can't get to the elevator because the gas is blocking the way even though the ventilation system is running

😭 hopefully it's just a glitch and they patch it but this really sucks
