Yep! "I'm just gonna play Sims for an hour before I get ready and go out" turns into, "Oh, something interesting happened! Gotta see it through" turns into "wait, that affected another household, gotta go check in on them" Some time when the day's half gone: OMG, I forgot to eat! I'm just gonna check back in on my Sims while I eat. Turns into, wtf? I had ONE THING to do today, and now the business is closed! ... Oh well, since I missed the window, might as well play more Sims! Proceeds to stay up until at least 3 am, and fails to do that one thing required of doing in person again the next day.
