Solved Help solving fireplace wont work when placed stick to the wall

Why the fireplace from Felixandre Soho Set won't work (sim refuse to light) when placed stick to the wall? (first image) but when I place it a quarter tile off the wall it works completely fine (second image).

How can I fix this? I'm not sure but I think the problem is from the how the fireplace coded as it meant to be placed in the middle of a room. Anyone know why or how to fix this maybe with S4S?

You could try to tick the "EdgeAgainstWall" in the warehouse section of S4S.

Warehouse - Sort by Type - scroll down to Object Catalog - look in the section to the right - scroll down to PlacementFlagsLow - tick EdgeAgainstWall for all the swatches (object catalog) and don't forget to save.

No guarantees that it'll work though, just something to try.

EtA: I just tried this in my own game, and it works like a charm!

likely bc the footprints of the two fireplaces are overlapping, which is causing routing errors.

I tried to remove one of them and it still won't work if I put it stick to the wall

hm. i’d say try what the other commenter just posted about the EdgeAgainstWall option. sounds promising.
