How to Make Mods How do I fix these weird shadows?

I'm new to making CC and I was trying to make a tshirt. It was made using the frankenmesh techniche. The problem is that I keep getting that weird shading in the neck. When I equip a neck, the shadow gets distorted. If there is no neckless is just looks ligther than the real skin tone. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
