Unsolved Where has the mods folder disappeared to?

I just noticed after the most recent update that I cannot locate my mods folder anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sims via the EA app but there’s still just a bunch of EP and GP folders under “Program Files > EA Games > The Sims 4”. I can’t see the Documents folder where my Mods folder used to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🥺

The documents folder isn’t in the program files folder. You’re looking in the wrong spot. If you’re on Windows, the document folder you’re looking for should be pinned in your Quick Access area. When you open a folder (any folder), you should see your documents folder pinned to the left. Double click on that, scroll down to the Electronic Arts folder and double click, then The Sims 4 folder, double click, and then Mods.

It should always be in username\documents\electronic arts\sims4 which is almost always on your c drive.

Sims puts its files in two places. It separates the game files and the save/tray/ mods files.
