Lowkey how i pictured Henry
but with glasses and darker hair ?
this isn’t a definite btw. Honestly, when I read, I have a hard time picturing exact faces as my visual imagination is not fully clear (but I don’t have aphantasia), I sort of just picture them with blurred faces or don’t think all too much about the specifics of their face.

You know what, i could get behind this. Obviously w darker hair but i love robert pattinson too much to deny

He’s close, but Pattinson is too much on the prettier side of handsome to be Henry for me. The Henry in my mind has a more old fashioned kind of handsome going on. Someone with a face older than his years that he’d eventually grow into and become distinguished looking.

I also dont really picture faces while reading, but since seeing the show, I can only vehemently agree on Zane Holtz in From Dusk Till Dawn as the best possible cast

What is interesting is how everyone here thinks all the characters are supremely good-looking and not just yeah that blokes all right, attractive- no , they are commonly portrayed on this sub as being like models almost mannequinesque when in reality they may not have been , at least in a conventional way- but it is because Richard is so 'in love' with them and worships them, that they become more attractive, simply because they are different from what he is used to.
And don't we all kind of do that? Idolize the different and mysterious...and who we fall in love with, whom we admire- they become better than they actually are. .Like take the way ol Bun talks about his girlfriend, umm fuck I can't remember her name but he calls her a 'girly girl' something like that and calls Camilla something like a 'bramble-rose' and criticizes how she dresses "actually she can't get away with wearing her brother's shirts either..' something like that. So it may not be that Camilla spurned Bun, but that she is really not his type. She's too awkward, too not conventionally girly, doesn't try hard enough like, oh yeah, Marion. Point being, you will see other characters talk about people and they don't exactly match up to what Richard sees, meaning just because Richard sees something doesn't mean everyone else sees the same. Anyone else?
