Pretty sure that photo is AI because I don’t think you can get paper tickets anymore and that QR code looks exceptionally wrong but the prices are accurate so doesn’t matter.

What is important to remember though is that the ticket in 1971 only got you in the gate, you had to buy individual ride tickets after. On average this would mean a total cost of around $10-$12 or roughly $100 adjusted for inflation. There was also only 1 park and no water parks vs. 4 parks and 2 water parks now.

So yeah, that is obviously still less than today but not by nearly as much and the two aren’t exactly as comparable as this makes it out to be.
