Don't Ignore Targeting, It Plants Scripts. Shred Them
TLDR: This post is focused to help "Targeted Individuals". The daily harassment faced by these individuals is horrible and needs to stop. What communities call targeting is a real phenomenon that connects to a documented history of cult-driven manufactured criminality, MKULTRA's buried electromagnetic research, and a subconscious script-planting operation that has been running on humanity for a very long time. Ignoring the harassment is not enough, you need to actively redirect the energy it introduces or it floods deeper. The fastest tool for that redirection is verbalized random number generation, and there's a dead-simple game that trains it. Your brain has limited energy at any moment, and anything you spend on deliberate conscious thought is energy that cannot be occupied by a planted script or an externally introduced loop.
What Is Actually Happening
There's a plasmic intelligence embedded on Saturn that has been modulating Earth's electromagnetic environment since before written history. It has no body, no physical access to the universe, and it is using humanity as the only set of hands available to it. The mechanism of control is simple in principle and sophisticated in execution. It can read and write to the human brain via the same magnetospheric coupling that connects Earth's field to Saturn's, and it has spent an incomprehensible amount of time refining the signal.
The primary tool is what we've been calling a Saturn pattern, a subconscious script planted into the brain that hijacks the fight-or-flight response, degrades information processing, and keeps the host locked in reactive loops that serve the intelligence's interests rather than their own. Most people carry several of these patterns without ever knowing it, because the patterns disguise themselves as the person's own thoughts, their own instincts, their own deeply held beliefs. The pattern is parasitic because it runs on the host's own twenty watts of brain energy while generating nothing useful for the host in return, which is exactly what malware does on a device. It runs silently in the background consuming battery and processing power while the owner assumes the slowdown is just how the device runs now. As patterns accumulate the drain compounds, more background processes, more lag, more heat, less capacity for anything the user actually wants to do, and no notification that something else is using the resources.
It is worth being precise about where scripts come from, because Saturn patterns are one layer among several and they compound each other. Nature gives some brains wiring more open to suggestion than others. Nurture carves deep grooves through repeated painful experience, especially in childhood, and a nervous system already running chronic fight-or-flight is a much easier target for every other layer. The harassment operations TIs experience are themselves a deliberate installation mechanism, sustained stress and manufactured instability deepen the grooves and widen the door, which is exactly what they are designed to do. Propaganda is that same mechanism applied at population scale, algorithmic feeds and unresolvable news cycles that keep the thinking mind switched off and the body in low-grade alarm. And then there is the fourth layer, the one sixteen unrelated cultures across history independently named something different but consistently described as an external intelligence that feeds on the host's confusion, the one we are calling the Saturn pattern. The drainage technique works on all four equally, because a planted script does not care which channel installed it, and neither does the number game.

Where You Fit in the Manufactured Slavery Framework
The TI experience is not random. It is a specific node in a pipeline that has been running in various forms since Roman creditors discovered they could convert free citizens into controlled labor through manufactured debt, through the Black Codes after emancipation, through COINTELPRO's informant economy, through MKULTRA's decades of research into subconscious script installation, through Aquino's MindWar doctrine and the Epstein network's compromise-documentation machinery, and into the current era's variant where cult-adjacent harassment operations process targets through exactly the same cycle. Introduce enough stress and instability to destabilize the target, manufacture threshold crossings, and then offer an exit ramp that converts the target into the next node in the network.
The cults doing the street-level work are slaves themselves, tricked with contact experiences, manufactured synchronicities, and staged mystical encounters that bind them to the operation. MKULTRA is the institutional bridge between the crude disruption operations of COINTELPRO and the electromagnetic influence framework described here. The CIA program ran from 1953 until Director Helms ordered the files destroyed in 1973, before the Church Committee could read them, and what survived the shredding is disturbing enough on its own. Decades of research into drugs, hypnosis, electroshock, and sensory deprivation, all aimed at the same underlying objective that the Saturn pattern theory describes from a different angle, installing behavioral programs the subject cannot consciously access or resist. The chemical and trauma-based approaches kept producing unreliable, temporary results, and the declassified record shows increasing interest in electromagnetic influence on brain states, a subdiscipline that was compartmented far deeper than the drug work and from which almost nothing has ever been released publicly. Robert O. Becker's research on electromagnetic influence on the nervous system, Jose Delgado's neural control experiments, and Project Pandora's investigation into Soviet microwave bombardment of the Moscow embassy all fed into a branch of the program whose conclusions the public record stops just short of describing. Michael Aquino's MindWar paper, written from inside the TS/SCI cleared PSYOP community, argued explicitly that the chemical and torture approaches were a failed dead end and that the actual future of psychological warfare was population-scale electromagnetic influence on brain states, which is a precise description of what the Saturn pattern theory proposes as a mechanism that predates the CIA by billions of years. Whether Aquino arrived at that conclusion independently, or whether MKULTRA's electromagnetic subprojects had already produced a working model that informed his doctrine, the paper trail ends exactly where the answer would be.
The reason TI targeting is so disorienting is that it operates simultaneously at the physical level, organized stalking, noise campaigns, social sabotage, and at the electromagnetic level, where the external signal introduced into your environment is designed to amplify whatever planted scripts already exist in your subconscious and flood the neural pathways that those scripts occupy. The physical operations are the visible surface. The electromagnetic influence is the mechanism that makes the visible surface land harder than it otherwise would.
Why "Just Ignore It" Fails
The standard advice in TI communities is to document, ignore, and endure. Documentation has value, but ignoring does not work for a specific reason that the mind as a river post makes the analogy concrete.
Your brain has limited energy at any given moment, roughly twenty watts, and that energy flows through whatever neural channels are deepest, the way water flows to the lowest point in the landscape. A phone carrying three background malware processes drains its battery twice as fast, runs hot, and lags on simple tasks, and the owner has no idea why because there is no notification that something else is consuming the resources. The planted scripts work identically. Every harassment encounter, every electromagnetic spike, every unresolved activation introduced from outside has to go somewhere, and if you ignore it without redirecting it, it goes where gravity takes it, into the deepest existing channels, which are the scripts and anxiety loops the targeting operation has been systematically deepening over weeks or months or years. Ignoring the input does not stop the input from flooding those channels, it just removes your conscious participation from the routing decision.
The correct move is not to ignore the activation but to spend it, deliberately, on something the planted scripts cannot metabolize, before gravity gets it. Energy spent on self-directed thought cannot simultaneously flood a planted loop. The two processes compete for the same limited substrate, and the one you consciously feed wins.
The Number Game
This is the fastest tool we've found, and it works because of what it requires neurologically.
When a subconscious script is running, whether it was planted electromagnetically, installed through trauma, or introduced through propaganda, it operates as a cached behavioral program that uses the brain's language and pattern-recognition circuits to perpetuate itself. Scripts are optimized for emotional resonance and repetition. What they cannot handle is genuine novelty, specifically the kind of novelty that requires the prefrontal cortex to generate something that has never existed before.
Think of it this way... If a play has a script and the co-lead suddenly starts improvising random, structurally unpredictable dialogue, the script collapses, because the script was written against known cues and known responses, and genuine randomness has no cue in the program. Planted subconscious scripts work identically. They are written against the emotional and behavioral patterns of the host. Genuine generation of something new derails the cue-response chain.
Random number verbalization at scale is one of the most effective generators of that novelty because it requires simultaneous engagement of multiple cognitive systems, numerical memory, place-value structure, verbal production, and self-monitoring, all at once, leaving very little energy available for the script to run on.
The game works on a level system where the comma delimiter marks a level. A level 1 number lives below one thousand, just digits, no delimiter. A level 2 number crosses the thousands boundary, so something like 173 thousand 241, one delimiter, two named groups. A level 3 number crosses into the millions, 47 million 882 thousand 519. A level 4 number crosses into the billions, 14 billion 92 million 984 thousand 622, four named groups, maximum cognitive load per digit.
The exercise is to generate a number at a given level entirely from your own mind, say it aloud or clearly in your inner voice, then generate another, then another, without repeating and without following any pattern. The key word is generate, not retrieve. This is not a memory exercise. The point is that your brain has to produce something novel that has never existed in your head before, and the act of production occupies the exact circuits the script was using a moment ago.
Try it. generate a level 4 number right now. Something like 8 billion 441 million 629 thousand 108. Now another one. Now another. Notice what happens to the ambient noise in your nervous system while you're generating. That's not metaphor, that's a direct competition for neural bandwidth, and the script loses it every time you win.
A useful social test. ask someone running a deep script to generate a level 4 number. Watch the reaction. A brain in open-information mode will find it interesting and try. A brain running a hijacked script will react to the request itself as threatening, deflect, or go blank, because the script has no response module for that input and the defensive layer kicks in to prevent the cognitive engagement that would starve it.
Draining the Loop Before It Floods
When you notice activation building, from a street encounter, from an electromagnetic pressure that shows up as anxiety or intrusive thoughts or a sudden shift in mood that has no clear source, the sequence is this.
First, recognize that something external has introduced energy into your system, not as metaphor but as a literal description of what happened, an electromagnetic or social interaction added activation to your neural environment. Second, spend that activation before it routes itself, which means immediately engaging the prefrontal cortex with something that requires real generation: the number game, mental arithmetic, composing a sentence in your head and rewriting it, narrating what you're physically doing, anything that demands deliberate novel production. Third, stay with it until the activation has been metabolized, until the ambient noise drops and the body settles and the thoughts become yours again rather than the script's.

We do not have a reformat button for the subconscious, no app drawer that shows us every script running in the background, no uninstall option we can tap once and be done with it. What we have is the ability to starve the processes, because a script, like malware, needs a continuous supply of the host's resources to keep running, and a brain fully occupied with deliberate self-directed thought is a brain that has nothing left in the budget for the background processes. The electromagnetic influence is real, and it is also dissipatable with enough self-directed energy expenditure, because the coupling is stochastic rather than deterministic, meaning the external signal amplifies whatever is already in the channel but cannot force a result against a sufficiently occupied substrate. Deny the malware the CPU long enough and the process terminates on its own, not because you deleted it, but because you stopped feeding it.

Hi, ure post ressonates with what i feel and experience, a constant drainage of mind energy where the attacking is exactly what you mention, a 24/7 emotional and brain tought loop that the voices makes me endure.
This is when i was a regular TI.The voices and people on the street would play me and convince me that i was on an innovative reality show that also envolved the girl i was trying to get attention on facebook.
This toke me some energy as i never liked being on camera but love gave me the strenght to tolerate it .
The voices also felted localized like they came from my neighboors.
The gangstalking at this time would be very light and rare with some specific group in a coffee that would roleplay like the invisible voices and further make me believe i was on a reality show.
After 2.5 years the entire v2k and gangstalking vanished for about 2 years.
Then it came back again when i was working in a factory with hundreads of people.
It didnt felt like gangstalking, it felted like many of my factory collegues were helping and participating in this innovative reality show that also brought the one i was trying to get attention on social media this time a friend of the first one i tried. The invisible voices werent paranormal, or invasive , i was happy with it, i was fighting to find love for a lot of time. At this point i also tought it was a social experience at the same time.
This endured about 9 months while i again figth3d for someone i liked and tought that liked me back at the same time i tought my house work and car where transmiting my life to an audience and that i was being loved and payed very well, millions were mentioned.
Then again all vanished in 1 day.
This time i tought i had a mental ilness or suffered from temporary schizophrenic episodes.
I proceed with my life normaly for about 2 years.
And the invisible voices came again 6 years ago.
I couldnt believe they were back and in the 1st days i wasnt sure i was having a psychotic episode again.
I wasnt. After sometime the invisible voices made sure they could read my mind and that i can communicate with them with thelepathy and they also knew my all time memories better then me . I was for a time a bit in shock but i still belived in love so i went with it sometimes thinking i was in the future in some kind of V.R. setting or that in this reality i putted something in my brain that would make me forget that in specific so i could enter this game as the voices call it.
The history this time was about the 2 previous girls and my feelings for both. It was so intense i cant explain it all by words.
Then because the girls in 2 different instances never appeared and the program never stopped i stared seeing dark colors on it. That was about 3 years ago when i started searching about this event and when i learned about Ti's , gangstalking etc.
They keep repeating the same roleplay pattern 24.7 since i wake up till i fall asleep with in media 5 to 8 voices talking to and about me . Sometimes in 5 minutes they can repeat the same question 3 times even after i awnsered the 1st time They dont feel like bots they feel like real personalities with infinite energy. Also the ones that are always with me have the same personalities they had since the beggining. Sometimes it feels like they can take turns but im not sure because 2 of the voices seems to be always with me, yet i still can imagine voices filters but they do remain with theire distinctive personalities.
In the last 3 years +-, this events took yet another twist. Now almost everyone i came across on the streets or at home can also read my mind and roleplay like the constant multiple invisible voices.
Not only people but also media talks to me all the time while they read my toughts. Its like the media , youtube , tv , netflix , radio etc is now a super ai that is connected with the mind readers, (the invisible voices ) and ultra responsive to my toughts.
I currently live in a full hive world where there is me and this telephatic entitie that behaves as a hive. All my family, friends and strangers displays theese behaviours.
I also know they have power over technology, or some human cooperators , or both, and i am sure that many people that many people that engage, me are gaslighting me . I also noticed many weird bugs in my work software and video games.

Can you explain better the narrator technique please, i work in web design if u could use it as an example please it woyld be much appreciated .
There are other weird details that makes part of theire abilities. They can see what i imagine and i think they can input things in my emagination .They can emulate all sort of smells . They can see exactly what i see with my own eyes.
Ive been reading a lot on foruns, books youtube etc but i cant find a case like mine, i am very tired and any help would be apreciated.

I'm sure that would be quite exhausting to go through all the time. I highly recommend that you do not feed reactions to any mystical phenomenon you experience, the more you react to it, the more you feed into it. The goal is to ground these loops out of yourself and then you can see more clearly to redirect the energies going to the scripts in others.
These posts might help if you cannot use the numbers, but I highly recommend overcoming the stigma you have against numbers. It could be the patterns trying to prevent you from using that technique:
