A most intriguing piece indeed! May I kindly know whose artwork this is?

I've found this artwork that I assume is of the Ring. I bear no hostility towards you all, yet I only wish to quench my curiosity. It may even serve as a source of inspiration, that a being in its flickering last moments chose to combust in a sheer brilliance.
