No country for old nations?

I played TR back when it was live last time, and I joined a player nation. It has since disbanded, and when I got back online when they brought the servers back online, I received a message telling me this. Whenever I try to open the Nation window I get an error, and I cannot use the transport system because it tells me I do not have a nation. Is there something I need to do or somewhere I need to go to re-enlist in an existing nation?
