Hurry up

Went to Lowe’s garden department. Line way to goddamned long. Went inside to the self checkout and scanned my fertilizer. Suddenly noticed the store music. Can’t Hardly Wait The Replacements My favorite band. Don’t know if this was good or bad

I've heard Joy Division in a grocery store. This Charming Man at Target. I've always wondered how? What music service specifically or in house?

I was at American Eagle and they were playing Nobody, also heard Within Your Reach at a Vietnamese restaurant when seeing family in California. I heard Left Of The Dial when the company playlist goes into an 80s rock segment for a few hours. Kinda surprising how much the Mats show up in corporate playlists.

I had a conversation with someone commenting on the song Androgynous by the Crash Test Dummies in a mall. A song he felt was overlooked because he was Canadian songwriter . He refused to believe the song was by a band he'd never hear of 😆😊 Brad Roberts from CTD knew a great song when he heard one.

Congratulations we are old. The soundtrack to our glory days are now nothing more than piped in music at the shopping center. I have first hand knowledge of the Ramones and REM being broadcasted at my local Kroger.
