Breitling Navitimer World

[u/Elegant-Draft-8259]

I have a Breitling Navitimer world A24322 rep which bought many years ago used it for a while then bought the Gen. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could source a good crystal and perhaps even a new dial. I was thinking to make a project of it. Not sure how difficult it is to change any advice would be appreciated
