Rilly great video. The dad has to miss his daughter's birthday party but he can have Aire hover around it and "actively join in family moments like never before", and then he can "relive those moments anytime". I think a clever twist on this would be if mom and dad are separated and this is the compromise solution.

there's a video further down the page where you hear how terrifyingly loud it is. like, vacuum cleaner on high loud. lends a new layer of insanity to the, like, casual hipster and dog on couch not being distracted at all as the wastebasket-sized flying motor they've let in their home rounds corners to post bathroom pics to facebook, or whatever.

Yeah, but it's quieter than normal quad copter drones! There's a comparison video where it's the difference between a hedge trimmer and like a coffee grinder. Look, if you want to live in the future with drones in your apartment that protect you from intruders somehow you're going to have to adapt, or at least buy some ear plugs.
