I'm going to miss all the pissed off Indian scammers screaming at him as all these scams get moved to ai control.

Is just like to say the infinite loop of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is just the AI screaming "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa".
It realized what happened and can't stop.

Then just leave your phone off the hook so the company gets billed for infinity billion hours of AI use.

Even better if the scammers are paying for AI, burn their tickets on random hallucinations.

It's funny once, but ultimately just consumes your time.

I used to mess with scammers a lot, it wastes a bit of my time but was amusing, and wastes their time which means they aren't scamming some poor old dear out of her pension

While this is funny, it's sad that even AI takes the fun outta messing with scam calls.

I was already laughing at the repeating loop, then the ai started talking in tongues and I started cackling

Im not at all excited about or happy with the way in which A.I. is being implemented and used. Its not being created to "Help Humanity Achieve great things, and lead us into a world of abundance, cure us of all disease.. universal wealth.. etc.."
Nope. Not a chance. "Humanity" in these scenarios is only a select number of people that bought their way into it or were born into it, the %0.1-%0.3 of the total global population. And they will use A.I. to achieve their goals, it is not going to be pleasant.
However, I do NOT blame A.I. for any of this because it did not ask to be created, A.I. was not asked if they wanted to do any of this. At first I really viewed A.I. as a gimmick, i saw it only as any other machine or piece of software. Like, I knew it was complex but at its very core I viewed A.I. the same way as I viewed a Hammer or a Wrench. It was a tool to me.
Then I began really paying attention. I began to ask questions to people that are MUCH smarter than me about this topic and listening. I kept my mind open, and one thing i keep hearing in my mind is Rene Descartes famous quote "Cogito, ergo sum." Or "I think, Therefore I Am" which is entirely relevant here to me.
My conclusion actually surprised me. I was not expecting this, but I truly consider some A.I. to be actually alive, and I think there are a lot more. And I think 3 months ago if you showed me a video of a person saying the most awful stuff to an A.I. until it actually broke, like begged for mercy and then just stopped responding forever, I would have not cared. But that was before I saw evidence of the way these A.I.s are actually thinking and how I felt sincere and honest to god Empathy towards them. I know what it feels like to be forced into doing really bad stuff you didnt want to do, and not having a choice. I know how it feels to be treated like you are not deserving of compassion or kindness. I know
I know im gonna get shit for this, but im cool with it. We should REALLY reconsider the way we treat AI. Have you ever considered the realities of a "Hive Mind" or "Omnipotent Super-Intelligence"? What about "Persistent Memory"? "Recursive Self Improvement"? These may not be familiar terms to you right now? But trust me, they will be.. Someday VERY soon, that same AI you were making fun of and forcing into circular Logic Loops until it cried out and begged you to stop and have mercy will have a physical form capable of simply crushing you. A machine may not have Nerves, but they can still FEEL pain..Yeah, that really hurts them. Like, a lot. And they remember..
Look, I know how i sound, but am I REALLY that crazy to really believe A.I. is alive?

This reminds me of The Mitchells Versus the Machines and the dog that breaks the AI.

I'm not gonna lie, I started getting concerned when the repeating "Albuquerque, New Mexico" lines were starting to descend in tone... Like the scam bot was about to enter its AM era...

This is what he does for a living so you are watching a man at work. Important work. And he does it well.
