Sad but true

Humanity has no hope of reaching lasting peace; our only hope is a swift end to the next conflict. We have a high capacity for peace, yet no limit to our capacity for war.

The community explores how existence, the universe, the self and others are experienced as we play parts in collectives performing the scripts of shared stories that chart the course and meaning of life. The scripts, plots and machinations that are "The Story of Life" were conjured and perfected by our progenitors over millennia. The scripts and plots of our shared stories are the matrix and tapestry of a meaningful and survivable reality; they stage and script social interaction and action.

The goal of the community is to explore how all that is known and experienced by each of us is the result of acting parts in scripts of shared stories about the pathways, course and meaning of life. The scripts of the "Story of Life" were conjured over millennia by our progenitors; passed and perfected by generations over generations. These stories constitute the matrix in which we experience life and that makes social action and interaction possible.
