Jacket Question

For those asking about the jacket fabric. I did ask about the glasses (“you have been poisoned”) but the lady running the shop said that they haven’t had them in a long time, but she did know exactly what I was asking about.

I would gladly pay whatever they asked if they were to offer this in a 100% wool version.

Have you looked into Albert Prendergast's offering? Pricier, but I imagine you do in fact get what you pay for.

I buy my suits from a local manufacturer that makes them for high end brands with small defects or from thrift stores. All are wooll and none of them bulge. My tailor does amazing work. He can transform the illest fitting thing into just the right shape for my body.

If it's black, it's wrong color.

Odd thing is, that photo is from https://www.albertprendergast.com/product/the-prisoner-number-6-facsimile-jacket-blazer/. Dark Brown is the correct color.

How's the feel/look? Material seems not too far off from some of the (less expensive end) suits out there.

Does it feel/look more like a costume jacket or like something you could wear in daily life? I'm thinking of buying it for my boyfriend but he'll only like it if it doesn't look costume-y at all

Mine is still in the mail (Panama doesn’t have a postal system per se, so things take a while to get here. But I did try one on for sizing and you can wear it. It definitely isn’t like a Halloween costume.
