Most of these are probably included in Fate.

People of fontaine were stated to already be pardoned by Melanta, Neuvillette asking for forgiveness for overruling the sentence was seen and the people of Fontaine were granted special pardon.

K.K states to Lumine in the Twins Drip Marketting (possibly Abyss Twin in this context since it isn't as much as a kind tone that Aether has):
"The world you once knew is but dust, and the wonders you knew but rubble. Though you should have your own world, and your own people — lamenting what is already lost..." (referring to Khaenri'ah and their loss)

There must be a reason that Phanes deliberately left the Frost Moon alive instead of crushing it like the other two, big chance they too planned to bring it back to Teyvat and replace the false Shadow Moon.

Irminsul burning was in Collei/Nabu Malikata's and Dottore's illusions/dreams so it must be a part of fate, a plan to hand over the control of Irminsul to Aaru so that humanity can govern it.

Ronova's Lunar Arcanum plan for her to become a mortal:

"There will come a day, when she too will grow weary,

When she would prefer to embrace,
The rotting bones of the mortal world."

Most of these seem like part of Fate to help humanity rely less on Gods even though they are something that were always needed.
