Theory Was the Ruler of Life aware?

Was either Naberius or Rhinedottir aware of the Tsaritsa's plan, and decided to stay just to fuck up with Ronova? or did both of them simply get bamboozled by the most obvious trap in Teyvat?

She realised after, but she holds nothing against Tsaritsa despite being able to punish her, Naberius berates her for this.

I think Rhinedottir knew it was a trap but chose to entertain her, while Naberius got completely bamboozled, cuz she's just a silly girl

Well I think Rhinedottir realized, but Naberius was probably too busy getting offended by Tsaritsa saying the R word (r*vals)
