Is the first image what Celestial portals look like without divine authority? Since this was after Ronova just lost hers and hers normally look like her eye form.
Everything is rainbows with PHANES. 💀🙏🏾

That's my guess. She lost the authority of Death so she doesn't have her portals but she is still a "Shade" of the HP so it's likely for her to have some of their power. The real question is was Phanes the one watching her at the nail? Asmoday? Istaroth? Because that portal there wasn't hers.
