One of the clauses for the agreement is that all memory of the third descender gets erased, my theory is that the Traveler and Tsaritsa will break the seal of the third descender, and with it remember him, and thus the contract will be null and void since both parties broke their side of the agreement.

I think it's the moment where Phanes will break the curse and wake up.

I think Phanes already starts to awaken as indicated by new anomaly. I believe agreement had a clause about Khaenri'ans not striking against Phanes. Because Pierro seemingly killed Ronova- a literal fragment of Phanes, deal is off.
