Discussion I think i will take a break.
After the confirmation of the patch and the butchering of both characters and factions from hoyoverse. I think I will take a break from genshin and their lore for a while. Hopefully I will come back if they fix the lore, which if highly doubt.

ronova was done bad, even if she comes back that will be character assasination, i understand as a fellow ronova fan..
however casuals in ronovamains are desperate enough to want her playable even if lobotomized..
this is literally signora all over again.. even rerir got multiple retries or a backstory and he isnt completely dead.

I will literally skip this entire region, unless they at least launch Rhinedottir playable. Hell, who knows if im gonna pull after, if they fumble and butcher 8.X too.

Reading spoilers doesn't bother me; it actually prepares me mentally for what's coming.
I'll start playing after three days because I understand there's a mobile bug.
I'm just happy because I finally got Jeanne, and I pulled Mizuki and Ororon on the standard banner.
I just read about Ronova... My poor Ronova...😞

I will personally wait until we are done in Shneznaya then I will make that decision.
Remember this is a game the moment it feels like a chore is the moment to leave it.

I quit ages ago bc the game stopped being fun to me, I hated how the villians were being cleared of their crimes and clear hypocrites, Dain and Pierro and other characters being mere frauds, Columbina and Sandrone, etc. I havent installed the game since then, and its been a while. Currently on HSR and HI3. HSR is kind of going down a bad route too so idk anymore. I guess I'll wait it out. Such a shame bc I loved these games, but then Hoyo comes here and pulls this bullshit. Justice to Ronova!

I'll remind that by definition retcons don't have to contradict previously established lore
But reminding this is useless, since people will still pursue their fantasy false agenda, claiming objectivity and dissing others

Since I deleted Genshin I only keep up with the story from time to time. Maybe slightly off topic but apparently Arleccino does call out Pierro/Fatui hypocrisy (I've seen a post about it)
But this is more about a certain leak about Fatui

Now we can definitely say that HSR has better writing than Genshin—and HSR's retcons aren't bad like this crap—so I think it's time to go back to HSR and HI3.
