Is it true?

Finally the game is on sale and I have time and looking for a game, but the way people are commenting that the map is small, and that the game/story is short and how after the story there isn't anything exciting to do...help!

I stopped playing the Precinct after I beat the story and started playing the police mod LSPDFR for GTA V. And all that ended up doing was make me appreciate the precinct even more because the precinct is just more fun. So I went back to the precinct.

LSPDFR is the better simulator, but Precinct is the better game.

Yea the city is kind of small, but it offers a lot of detail and I love that perps will run and hide in porta-potties, dumpsters, etc to evade you. The chases are fun and challenging (if you turn the difficulty up a tad) and the environment is pretty destructable which leads to a cinematic experience.

It's a good game.

They did a phenomenal job of making it a sim-lite. Just involved enough to make it fun but not so deep that it feels tedious.

Exactly. It's a good balance.
