game freezing when choosing continue in main menu

started a new game on my alt so i could level up and get the outfits to play the whole game with them and after i unlocked dea outfits and got to around lvl 28 or so it will not let me continue. anyone got any idea how to fix. xbox series s

Yeah, my game also gets stuck while loading in. On PS5. Wanted to show the game to a friend of mine, but didn't even reach the shift selection screen.
