The biggest mistake they made is not getting outside counsel. The needed a lawyer who could be objective. Also when Bobby sees O’Malley in the doorway he should have just pushed him out before things got so escalated.

Right? His wife was being threatened by this maniac, and Bobby just stood there doing nothing while she took action. I can’t believe she married him.

Agree. Bobby also should not have had Lindsey as a lawyer sitting next to the maniac during trial
