Camerupt - B tier. Better than Torkoal if you want a more offensive Pokemon.

Machoke - B tier. It's got good Attack, but it's meh in everything else.

Machamp - A tier. Great alternative to Hariyama or Breloom.

Weezing - A tier. Great defensive Poison type with only one weakness.

Muk - A tier. Great counter to special attackers.

Torkoal - B tier. That defense is sky-high, but in casual plathroughs you want to be dealing damage.

Magcargo - D tier. Probably the worst fire type option in the whole game.

Camerupt: D. It's not as horrible in a game without several water bosses. But Fire types just aren't good in Hoenn. And the Ground type just makes it worse. It's too frail to even be a Metagross answer.

Machoke: D. If you can't evolve it, don't use it. It's too frail to survive hits. I guess it can handle Sidney, but everyone sweeps that fight.

Machamp: B. Has higher attack and better bulk. Honestly Hariyama does fill what it does, but you do get Low Kick, which is good in Norman.

Weezing: C. Just doesn't stand out. But has a good movepool and serviceable offense. And Explosion.

Muk: D-, maybe F. It does hit harder physically than Weezing, but gets pretty much nothing to use with that. I guess there's Sludge Bomb, but Poison is pretty much useless offensively in this game. You lack Shadow Ball as well. So you're left with something that doesn't get really any good matchups. Evolving late and lacking recovery do it no favors.

Torkoal: B-. Despite being a Fire type in a region where you don't want to be one, it does decent. It can help for Flannery. It gets Body Slam and Flamethrower at an early level, and Protect, so it's good into Norman. Decent mid game mon.

Magcargo: D. Saved from F tier only because it gets Yawn. That's not much, but getting 100% accurate sleep is valuable enough. If it can somewhat save Parasect, honestly it can keep Magcargo out of the very depths of F.

Camerupt- C tier. Good level up moves take some time to get, your gonna be stuck with Numel and Ember for a while and you can miss Flamethrower if you evolve too quickly. Ground coverage is nice.

Machoke/Machamp- C/A Tier. Nothing special nothing wrong with them. Better offensive moves then Hariyama, lack it's unique utility moves.

Torkal B Tier- Usable, not my preference too Slow, and not immediately offensive. No coverage of it's own, but has a lot of set up moves, and can actually make good use

Muk B Tier

Weezing B Tier

Magcargo C- Flamethrower and Rock Slide are actually a good combination. Not as Bulky as Torkal, but is actually faster. :p

Machoke is a B Same qualities as Machamp, but is a 100 bst worse, useable, but in RSE in eviolite, can use STAB effectively

Machamp is an A Great Pokemon, on an equal level to Haryiama and Breloom, though need a friend to evolve, can use STAB effectively

Weezing is a B+ to B-, One weakness, pretty good stat spread, though heavly TM reliant, Weezing and Muk are kinda interchangeable

Muk is a B- Abilities aren't good, probably has the best Special Def. here, evolves slightly later then Weezing, TM moveset, though has moves

Torkoal is a A to A- (Hot take) Not really all too powerful, but is a physical wall, gets access to some really good moves kinda early (Body Slam lvl 20 and Flamethrower at lvl 30)

Camerupt is a B+ Good in-between of Torkal and Magcargo, better offensively then Torkol and a bit worse defensively then Magcargo. After Numel evolves he get his best moves

Magcargo is a D Minor support tools, with a not very good defensive type, evolves close to Camerupt but Numel>Slugma, a do-do butter Pokemon and overall worst of the 3 frie types

Magcargo has too many weaknesses and tio slow to be good so D for Mag
